Annual General Meeting (AGM) & 26/27 Registrations

AGM

This years AGM will be held on Tuesday 21st July, starting 8pm prompt, at Pitt Green (ST5 0DQ).

At the AGM we will be:

Closing this season
  Final words from the committee before the 25/26 season is brought to an official close.

Electing committee members
  The committee will need to be voted in by the delegates. Allan, James and myself will be putting our names forward for re-election you'll (hopefully!) be glad to hear but as always, if there is anyone out there that wishes to put their name forward for any of the roles then please get in touch.

Voting on any proposals put forward
  If anyone has anything at all they wish to raise at the AGM then please raise it to Allan, James or myself at least one week prior to the meeting.
Voting at the AGM to be one vote for each team registered in the previous season. Venues with two teams therefore have two votes etc.
New teams wishing to join the league may participate in the discussions and scope a proposal but will be excluded from any vote.

Taking registrations for the 26/27 season
  We will be taking registrations on the night prior to (as soon as we get there!) and after the AGM itself for the new season.


REGISTRATION

Teams will be able to register for the 26/27 season on the night, and we'd appreciate everyone getting there that wants to register for the new season.

We'd ask that anyone who can't make it on the night wishing to register to get in touch as soon as possible as signups will close soon after this to give us time to prepare for the new season.

Entrance fees to the league are £140 in total comprised of a £20 fee at registration plus a) if 6 meetings* then £20 per meeting or b) 4 meetings then £30 per meeting. Fees can also be paid in full at any time.

All new teams are subject to an additional £20 bond which will be refunded at the end of the season provided that the team has completed all their fixtures.
* The dates and venues of the meetings (Wednesday nights) will be in your fixture packs and notified of in advance.

We are currently planning on fixture packs being available for pick up on the 18th August from Wolstanton HSC, and the 26/27 season starting on Tuesday 1st September.
